| Some Items to know about the video you are watching. The video is taken with a Digital Video Camcorder. The tapes that it uses are 90 minutes on long play. So if it seems that the recording jumps about the 90 minute mark it is not the website or your computer, just a change of tapes. If you do not have high speed internet and wish to see the council meeting, please contact me at lafayetteoregon.info@gmail.com to make arrangements for a DVD copy.
